Simco is a company with more than 32 years of history in Bangladesh. It has been involved in the manufacturing sector since 1984. Our main focus has been the manufacture and export of apparels to countries throughout the world.<\/p>\n

In 2015 we decided to invest in the housing sector, as we felt there was a great need for practical apartments for the cost-conscious buyers, which would at the same time offer them \u2013 an aesthetically pleasing well-designed living environment, providing plenty of scope for recreation, while at the same time providing security for their family.<\/p>\n

Which is why we came up with the concept of \u2018Muzaffar Garden City\u2019 with the theme Time to Come Out of the Concrete Jungle. This residential community would provide living spaces in the heart of Dhaka city, in an environmentally friendly living-space with a huge open space for recreation, combined with proximity to the quickest modes of transportation, including the upcoming Metro-Rail, to get residents swiftly through to any other part of the city.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
